When I arrived, there were 3 customers in the store. Vanessa cheerfully greeted me, and completed a sale with one of the customers. She told me she would be with me shortly and proceeded to assist the couple that was there before me who were also asking about their upgrade options. Soon, other customers would stop by and Vanessa was sure to acknowledge them and assist or answer questions as swiftly as possible.This is when I realized that she was the only sales person on the floor, and the entire store. I was impressed with Vanessa’s professionalism in assisting the many customers that continued to walk through the door, even close to closing.
