Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. My only complaint is that as an authorized dealer, they aren't able to provide all of the services they would if it were a corporate store. I guess that's more of a complaint with Verizon the corporation than it is with this location...

Gavin was courteous, extremely knowledgeable, patient as he made explanations. He explained features of my new iPhone and iPad which I had not understood previously. He, also, set up a travel feature for use in foreign countries on my phone.

LOGAN is curtious and thorough, and communicated with staff and corporate Verizon associates via phone, with a professional and calm demeanor. She was not on her phone texting (as seen in some Verizon stores), but instead attentive and engaged in doing her job. My only complaint: Not enough product in store. My only suggestion: Uniform shirts and slacks. This make for a more professional and sharper image, boosting customer trust, spending confidence, and increasing SALES. Cheers!

I had such an amazing visit to this location. They did not have the phone that I was searching for so they drove to the Thomaston location to pick it up. The employees were kind, patient, and helpful. Very pleasant atmosphere and staff.

I've been a loyal Verizon customer for twenty years and I've never received such remarkably professional, friendly, and great service as I received with Austin at the I'M Wireless Verizon store in Rockland. Austin helped me identify what I needed in a new phone, provided me with a few options, gave me space to decide (which means he was never pushy), and also included and drew on the experience and wisdom of his colleagues, Steve and Mark. Wonderful, wonderful service, hands down.

Mark was really great — he was juggling multiple responsibilities, including tech issues, but he handled it all with professionalism and a great attitude. He's an excellent salesperson and I was very impressed with how he handled not only the sale of mine that he handled, but the others he was managing while I was in the store. I'm glad to know that when I inevitably drop this phone or otherwise fumble it, I can head over to the Rockland store and know that they're going to provide great service!

Great phones, good service, quick workers, always smiling. I went their to buy a new phone they choose the best phone for my needs, helped me learn how to use it, and set it all up. Very happy with the service they provided. Happy with their service. Service was very fast, they had me approved within minutes. They ran my credit as if it was no challenge at all, and succeeded to take my business with gratitude. Very friendly workers, with a bright smile on their face. Sometime it can get busy, but typically they'll have you out the door in a few minutes. Overall it's a fantastic business, they made me feel welcomed, and helped me set up auto-pay. Recommend to everyone who is in need of a cellular provider!

I was in last week and also yesterday to pick up a new Ipad. I spoke to Nate, the owner & manager and he was terrific. Having done some homework before with some folk who are computer/tablet savvy, I was clear about what I was looking for, and he was very helpful, offering occasional suggestions. As an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist, who has done research in the work place, I noticed that the customer service folk were very busy, and clearly having a good time. Nate is a relatively new owner, and he gets it. Ended up talking with other folk who were there to get things done--phones, tablets, computers, and everyone had smiles on their faces. Nate understands customer service, and he seems also to understand the importance of keeping the employees engaged and happy. It was a great experience. PS, they didn't have a cover for the Ipad that I wanted, so I wandered over to Staples to get a Logitech cover/keyboard combination. Very pleased with the combination.
