Wing is absolutely phenomenal, he worked with me while I was dealing with the bugs and glitches from the software update 13.1.2. He went through each step as I had TONS of issues happening. This was my 3rd Verizon store to come to Needham and Natick should take some lessons. I would recommend then to anyone. Each time they were kind and friendly. Above and beyond with great customer service!!!

I had difficulty activating my replacement iPhone from Asurion so I went to this Verizon in Watertown Square for help. Wong, one of the sales reps, was extremely helpful. He was kind, patient and informative - everything you want in a sales rep. Big asset to the store.

Ashley went ABOVE & BEYOND for me to make sure my trade in and upgrade went according as planned. Due to the complexity of the transaction she had to call the Verizon tech support because the computer wasn’t registering all the discounts etc. Ashley made sure I was aware of how long this process would take and why it was happening so as a customer I felt taken care of. While waiting her and Robert Irving kept me company and showed me all the benefits of my choices as well as explained the accessories I could get with my phone and I chose to purchase. I left the store satisfied and excited to use my new iPhone and Apple Watch! She deserves a medal for staying there until close to figure it out with me! Highly would recommend her to my friends as well as recommend Robert who told me about all the promotions and tax free weekend in the first place.

I had done my research on the current marketable phones but was still unsure as to which device I would upgrade to. Wong was extremely helpful, honest, and really knew his stuff. Upon getting home with my new Apple XR, I had problems that the tech center at Verizon could not address. I went back to the store and Wong fixed it immediately. He rocks!

I have never been in a store where the environment and staff was just so positive and friendly they don't try to force anything on you they ard very knowledgeable about the products and always have some killer bundles and promotions going on. I came in because my iPhone wasn’t working and was completely expecting a terrible experience with me having to get a new phone. I did get a new phone, but I also got an exceptional customer experience. The service was quick and the staff were very knowledgeable about the products they were selling. Neeta has the patience of a saint! I was sent a replacement for my bum iPhone 8+ and had no clue how to set it up and transfer all of my data and apps plus about 5,000 photos to the new phone and wipe the old one. Being a total tech idiot, I asked for her help. She took the project over and set up everything. She taught me lot about how to use the phone that I never knew. What a great experience!

I don’t expect much when I walk into a Verizon store but David, the salesman I worked with, completely upended my ideas of what phone shopping can be. I had a email issue on a new I PHONE 8 my email worked the 1st day not the 2nd. I stopped in to see if they could help. David's amazing knowledge was the technical help that I needed. In a relatively short period of time he had me in contact with Comcast to provide me with the info I needed to allow David to be able to reinstall my email account.He alleviated the aggravation factor that a new phone can cause!!

I had a very good experience at im wireless where I was helped by a great sales person, Eric Epstein. Eric was working with another customer when I arrived for a phone upgrade. While continuing to work with customer #1 he managed to connect my old phone to the new one and transfer everything over. When he’d finished with the 1st customer my new phone was pretty much all set. He explained the changes on my new phone in a clear and helpful way. Even though he’d moved everything to my new phone, I was nervous about giving up my old one until I was comfortable with the new one. Eric was fine with that and told me exactly what I needed to do to send the old one in within the next 30 days. I will definitely return to im wireless whenever I need any Verizon device or help and when I do I’ll ask for Eric Epstein.

I have a Verizon account, had a question, and had only recently noticed the Verizon store in Watertown Square near where I live...and they have a small parking lot(!). So I went in to ask about how the Mobil Hotspot works on my Samsung Galaxy 6 phone. Joe Besnilian, the manager, easily showed me how so I could use my laptop at my Mom's the following weekend (with no Wi-Fi), using my phone's Mobil hotspot. Easy answer for him, but I was clueless at the time. (Settings/Mobil Hotspot/turn on,etc.). The point is, very helpful and friendly service to a customer not there to buy anything. He did ask how old my phone was and I told him a year - just beyond 12 months. He then told me that I could upgrade to a Samsung Galaxy 8 for only $50 plus taxes. [You need to mail in your old phone to Verizon - cleared to factory settings - to get this upgrade for just Taxes - within 2 weeks after sale.] Well, I had no time to transfer data to a new phone, etc. so I went home, but took his card. Life happened and time got away from me for about 3 weeks. I went back in and now Joe tells me it will only cost me just the taxes (no longer $50 + taxes), because I had made another monthly payment on my SG6 as part of my Verizon bill since I was there last. BONUS: Now for that day till the next day (Oct 10&11), there was an extra deal from Samsung Pay where they will reimburse you with a VISA card for $200 after you buy 5 accessories. You buy them first for $200 (even it it goes over $200), so I got the protective screen, casing, car charger, wireless charger and 32G SD card. Joe provided me with a printed instruction sheet to get this done: You set up the Samsung Pay (all steps listed); upload your receipt; wait 14 days for Samsung reward points to kick in; then cash them in for the $200 VISA card. My receipt was approved by Samsung Pay and now I'm waiting the 14 days. Back to the upgrade to Samsung Galaxy 8: Joe applied the protective screen, mounted the phone in the new casing and starts the transfer of all data from my old phone to new phone and I walk away for the estimated hour it will take. I came back and Andrew picked up where Joe left off after Joe left at 7pm. Everything transferred ok, and he had everything ready for me. My total bill was $260 ($200 for 5 accessories + $60 taxes), and I'm awaiting the Samsung reward points to cash in for the $200 VISA card. [ I'll update when that happens.]I went in a couple days later for a few followup questions and Joe was very helpful again. Throughout the whole process - Great customer service!11-12-17: Updating my 10/26/2017 review.The Samsung $200 rebate deal for signing up for Samsung Pay by uploading phone purchase receipt worked as outlined by the Verizon sales rep. Yay!
