At the other location, I was made to stand in the middle of the sales floor with a woman who told me "We have lots of phones, which kind do you want?" At the Fall River location, Robert was great, he knew the phones. I told him right away that I was switching to my first Android, and I didn't want to get a top of the line phone. He showed me less expensive phones, and didn't make me feel awkward about my choice. He also took time to get me started how to do a few things, and also installed apps. for me. He along with the other salesman there that night, were able to take my old Windows phone, and after several different methods, import all my data from my old phone to my new Galaxy .
