The very nicely explained the insurance coverage that I had on the phone and how to input a claim. A replacement phone will be arriving tomorrow. It is amazing to realize how much we rely on technology and kind people! He was great in offering several options and making suggestions for improved Verizon value bundles, which I qualified for. The store was extremely busy, but both Jared and Ashley were very respectful, professional and supportive while greeting and addressing all the waiting customers in a timely basis.I highly recommend this Verizon store and this team. Jared was especially awesome. Having visited many different Verizon stores, this was truly a very unique and pleasant experience. He even noticed that my sole line was on the wrong plan, and switched me to the correct one, increasing my GB per month by 1, and decreasing my bill by $15.
